Payments can be made via the official bank account details provided during the service agreement or invoice process. Please ensure timely payments to avoid any delays in service delivery.
If the service has not been provided or initiated, you are eligible for a full refund.
If the service has been initiated or completed, refunds will be partial. We will deduct the appropriate amount for the time and resources already used for the service before providing the refund. The amount refunded will depend on the stage of service and work already performed.
